Biography
I graduated as a medical doctor at the VUB in 2019, and started my specialty training in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine at the National MS center in Melsbroek. There I developed a keen interest in the workings of the brain and the many faces of multiple sclerosis. A year later I started my PhD with AIMS, on the assessment and treatment of cognitive impairment in MS using telemedicine. I am currently working on a large project investigating the effect of combined cognitive-motor telerehabilitation. Furthermore, my training as a Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine specialist at the VUB is still ongoing.
