Lars Costers and colleagues previously analysed the n-Back paradigm in healthy subjects (find the paper here) and now continued their work to include a comparison with people with multiple sclerosis (full paper can be found here). This work provides a first characterisation on source level of the n-Back paradigm elucidating the underlying mechanisms of working memory and potential deficits in people affected by MS.
